Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our 90-day warranty

In addition to your rights above, we warrant every BattyUp Bat Holder against faulty material or printing for 90 days from the date you receive it. If your holder cracks, warps or fails under normal use in that time, we’ll replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return an unused, non-personalisedholder within 30 days for a refund of the product price (return postage is at your cost). Because personalised (named) holders are custom-made to order, they can only be returned if they are faulty.
