What we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and any personalisation text you provide. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information only to process and ship your order, to respond to your enquiries, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with the services that run our store — our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping carrier, and our email provider. These providers process your data on our behalf.
